Strictly Fitness Boot Camp delivers an old-school, outdoor workout program with simple, primal movements using basic, functional exercises to develop overall fitness and shed fat fast! Our circuit training sessions incorporate strength training, cardio work, core training, short distance running, interval training, and more.
Apply to join our ranks ONLY if you are ready for some serious training! The program is progressive, but you will be expected to put your best effort into each workout.

SESSION DETAILS and LOCATION: Summer Outdoor Training Program. Runs from May through August, every summer.
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30PM at Walter Saunder Memorial Park
(free parking off Hopewell Ave or Beograd Gardens, near Dufferin and Eglinton)
Bring your own towel or yoga mat and water.
One Hour Group Sessions
Maximum 10 recruits per session (space is limited; register now!)
You must work hard. You may get dirty. You WILL get results!
COST: 10 Session Packages: $150 (pay via cash, cheque, or PayPal) $20 drop in fee.
