This dynamic 7 week training program incorporates the most effective exercise strategies for improving your fitness and body composition,
as well as accelerated learning techniques for making lasting lifestyle changes.
Group fitness training takes place every Saturday morning, with online training support between sessions
(including training videos, nutrition plans, and coaching).
You will learn:
1. How to use Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) to metabolize body fat while building strength and lean tissue.
2. How to use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to burn more fat in less time than traditional cardio.
3. Key nutritional strategies for improving your energy, digestion, body composition, and health.
4. Mental conditioning techniques for establishing new, supportive lifestyle habits.

Saturdays at 7:30AM
At Blast Athletic, 374 Dupont (East of Bathurst), Toronto, ON
Bring your own yoga mat (towel service is provided but you may choose to bring your own).
One Hour Group Sessions (including warmup and cooldown)
